Body Zen Recovery Tips

Here are some recovery tips from Jacque Crockford USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach

  1. Always have proper foot wear, when you are not training as well as during the workouts,
  2. Use a tennis ball massage (roll under your foot) for the plantar fascia
  3. Freeze a water bottle and roll it under your foot often for Plantar Fasciitis
  4. hot/cold showers after hard leg days will help speed recovery

    Since writing the recovery tips, I have had the opportunity to give the crocs prepair slides a try myself. I’m in love! I used to have an old (very smelly) pair of Nike’s that I swore by, but since using the crocs prepair, I will never go back. Not only do the slides smell better than the Nike’s, my feet feel so much better after a hard track workout. I have some knee/hip issues as well and when I’m not training I always feel better while I’m walking around in the crocs. Thanks to all the Crocs guys for designing these great slides!
